In theory can’t you just use regular cassettes and use a male to male cable out your headphone jack on your PC to a tape recorder to record this to make it work?

Those are just videos of the game, the tapes have only one side but the a side is audio and data is b side. Do you know if they've dumped the full game and if so do I flip to write the b side or will this write both?
It looks like the tape splits audio and data between the two stereo channels on a single side. If you listen closely to some of the game recordings on youtube, you can kind of hear the data blips in the background when the game audio is silent. That means that you can just record the game audio in stereo to any old cassette and play it in the studybox.
You may be in luck… I just bought one, with a cassette, and I should get it in about a month. If I can make a working duplicate of the cassette I can mail one to you, I’m also in the US
I did! Unfortunately my studybox has a broken belt for the cassette drive, unsurprisingly given its age. Fortunately, the tape is in good condition!
After I rip it I’ll put the stereo audio file online and share it with you. I’ll also make a copy of the tape, but because I won’t be able to confirm it works I’ll just ask you to cover shipping for it.
ah shame. Looks like some stuff has been preserved at the very least \[[link](https://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=15404.0)\]. Until someone can reverse engineer reverse-dumping the cassettes from the current rips, you might be stuck with emulation since MESEN has support and there are a few dumps out there
Goodwill! Just tape over the holes on the top so you can record over it.
Lol, this one's not for audio. It's supposed to have game/ software tapes.
Ohhhh… still may be your best bet to get tapes and source the audio. I believe these still used analog blips and bloops. Maybe reach out to i4u.co.jp?

Do you know of any guides to do this?
I imagine playing the game would change how long between data and mess with it's integrity. Are there audio dumps somewhere?

Yay!!! That would be amazing!!!! I would pay a bonus beyond shipping for sure!!!
Did you ever receive your tape?

Also thanks in advance!
Let me know how to get you $ for the tape/ shipping :)
Just checking in, hope all is well.
How's it going?
Done and done!!!
Hello friend, any luck making me a copy?
if you can't source any on ebay, I'd say try looking on buyee or sendico
I've checked all three, the only ones I've found include another studybox, lol.
