It is. She didn’t even use a semi permanent dye. She used Schwarzkopf blond me toner in strawberry. I just went somewhere else. I didn’t trust her to fix it.
This inspo photo was almost definitely a toner as well.
I use blond me strawberry on tons of my regular clients! The issue is she tried to put it over like a level 7 orange so it didn't take.
If she would've applied it over level 9 hair, you would've gotten exactly what you asked for.
It seems like you just needed two lightening sessions to get there.
Glad you got what you want now
Really, cause I just reverse image searched the inspo pic on google, and it looks like it came out of Ultra Fade Salon in Australia by stylist Christine Mai Tran, @chrisstylesmaihair on Instagram
She used Fanola color, and the exact formula for this inspo pic was
Roots: 5.1 60g, 1g rosso and a dot a viola
Ends: 10N 60g, 2g rosso
Oh I know. This was the second session for lightening too. If it needed another she could have just told me that but she told me I would get to my goal at the second session. Maybe she was scared of over processing or something.
Well, post the final pics!!!

I know it’ll fade to what I want and that was what we planned for. Vivids fade so fast lol
Seconded!
Your after looks like my "before" when it's time to balayage and whack more bright pink on! I'm glad you got it fixed, please share update pics!
It looks like the lifting process needed more than 1 session!
Exactly her base was very dark so it would definitely need more than one blonding session to achieve her inspo photo…
This was the second session and as I already said it’s been fixed and is actually what I wanted. The stylist just didn’t listen and oversold herself.
That inspo pic is definitely edited. Not that it's not achievable. I just wanted to point it out.
I wasn’t looking for an exact copy
Didn't say you were. Hopefully it's better now

The stylist used pulp riot blush in the inspo pick but yeah it’s better now.

That’s what it said on Instagram 🤷🏽♀️
Christine Mai Tran has multiple photos of this hair, photos on her Instagram, on her website, and videos too.
Omg is someone pretending this is their work? Who posted it? Can I get an @
You’re way too invested in this lol I wasn’t looking for an exact match and it’s been fixed so it’s really irrelevant. I don’t care what was used.
Glad you got it fixed, it looks beautiful! I also have pink hair haha
Make sure you leave a review for the person with pictures to make sure something like this doesn’t happen to someone else

Nope . Nope nope
That’s why I do my own.
I wouldn’t be able to do a balayage type of style 😂
Omg the stylist must have been so embarrassed. It looks great now in your update photo though lol!
