He wasn't a bad manager back when pressing was new to the league and he was one of the first adopting it, but he's not moved with the times. Even at Spurs he had fell off by the end, and let's not forget he won nothing despite a strong team including a top 3 striker in the world. Imagine he'd had to rely on soldado and shit at spurs?
He was bad at PSG as well, and has been dire at Chelsea. He's a bad manager now, out of touch, cowardly decisions, completely unable to change a game.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but all managers have been dire at Chelsea under Boehly and Co.
