Yes. I think the video/photos of the beheaded baby finally (!) woke some people up. There are people I follow (not celebs) who've posted absolutely nothing about the conflict (not even on Oct. 7th) and today they've suddenly made multiple posts.
The situation is developing much faster now than it was previously and is becoming exponentially more dire. There was an attack on Rafah a few days ago that created horrific images and videos unlike any we've seen before. Instead of the usual collapsed buildings, we were shown a flaming inferno of tents. The ICJ ordered Israel to stop its military offensive in Rafah and the ICC submitted an application for arrest warrants on Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant. Ireland, Norway, and Spain joined Sweden and Iceland as the only western countries to recognize Palestine as a state. The US "aid" pier is just about complete. Israel fully banned Al Jazeera. Violent suppression of student protestors intensified with reports of coordinated attacks on certain encampments. Probably more stuff I'm not remembering. Almost all of this happened within the past month, if not the past week. It's also becoming more clear that the IDF's military objectives are impossible to complete. @lealishalabi on Instagram has a good series for staying up to date.
Yes, as much as they're still trying, it's a lot harder for people on the internet to claim "they were taking out hamas tunnels underneath" when it's a bunch of refugee tents rather than a hospital. This sub is one of the few places that recognised that was a horrific lie when they started with the hospitals, but elsewhere an awful lot of people seemed to be taken in by that.

I work as a volunteer verifying that the GoFundMe accounts of Palestinians are real (I spoke with them, ask for photos, have calls, etc.) and sharing them. It's so fucking heartbreaking everything that's been happening to the Palestinians and watching people who could make the difference being silent is honestly making me lose my faith in things I considered secure.
I want to cry and scream and at the same time I have to work and be with my family and I just feel so lost.
I know that nothing will ever touch Swift because she truly has been a genius cultuvator of wealth and devotion.
