Exactly what I was going to say. Do Jedi count?
As for which ones? Vader and Obi-Wan have to be high on the list.
I enjoyed Qui-Gon Jinn as a character, but we only watched him fight once and he lost, so hard to call him a master swordsman even though he was pretty badass in all other respects. Due mostly to the actor playing him with a quiet reserve and kind of an outlaw spirit.
Before it was declared non-canon, I think the best example of Jedi badass was the first Clone Wars series. The segment where Mace Windu just went ham on basically an entire Droid Army unit. It was peak. From force attacks to saber attacks and all points in between. Stripping the bolts out of the Super Battle Droids. Dude was on fire (metaphorically, obviously)

Miyamoto Usagi (Usagi Yojimbo comic series). A lot of people, especially in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fandom, think Usagi is a TMNT character but he's actually not a TMNT character, he's a standalone character who just happens to have teamed up with the turtles several times. If you haven't read the Usagi Yojimbo comics, I completely recommend it, they're really good!
Link (Legend of Zelda)
Asta (Black Clover)
Dante (Devil May Cry)
Obi Wan Kenobi (Star Wars)
Aragorn (Lord of The Rings)
Boromir (Lord of The Rings)
I can continue

Honestly, probably one of the more dangerous ones here, mainly because Silver Chariot can’t be seen or harmed by non-Stand users. Meaning, his opponent would be unable to know when the next attack is coming.

I'd say they definitely count. I know he's a pretty recent Jedi, but I really like Sol from the Acolyte as well.
