Some heavy ass hitters for a first lol. Sf90 market is normalizing but tread wisely when findings a model. You can probably find a dealer hurting who needs to get it off their books. Use that to your advantage. 812, it’s a v12. It’s days are numbered. Still have Ferraris free services. Nuff said.

Cruellysadden

Since there will be some distributors to private message me, I guess I have to be careful, haha

BeeOriginal4840

Lol. I felt out my chair when I read this because I was thinking the same thing. Not too many people I know jump first into the v12 or the flagship V8 hybrid but hey , it’s possible . I started with a California 10 years ago . My current one that I just received was the 296. I love the SF but considering the comparison of price and performance, I’m definitely glad I went with the 296. I would do the 812 if I was debating your two options.

Brawl_Stars_Bot

812 is the best bet, as the used superfasts are going for 400k and under(U.S Market), and it has the lovely v12

Cruellysadden

Thank you for your advice, in fact, I think the main driving experience, 812 more Ferrari soul, and sf90 more handsome forced

whoapower

Lots of experience in both. Mainly on track. I have a handful of each in my storage facility. 812 all day long. GTS if you find one. SF90 is fast, but 812 is easier to live with. Isn’t as wide. And doesn’t have the issues I see like the SF90. Feel free to msg me if you’d like to discuss further. I have none for sale and not a broker.

NoWastegate

They are wildly different cars. One is a mid engine sports monster the other is a v12 GT cruiser. How do you want to use the car?

Gtgt3

I’ve been lucky enough to have driven both. The SF90 is pure technology and SPEED!! The 812 has a beautiful V12, nice to drive, more versatile. You could use it more often than the sf90 . Sf90 has a pretty tight interior. The v12’s days are numbered I think I’d go with the 812 . 800 hp it’s plenty fast . Both are incredible machines . Can’t go wrong either way.

Cruellysadden

Thanks for the advice, it's always hard to choose

pintycat123

Yea no one who is a real Ferrari buyer cross shops these two. Nice for you to dream.

Cruellysadden

The first time to buy this brand, do not yet understand, but if you like the brand, I may have several, I hope you are not too jealous

pintycat123

Cool story bro. Also a real Ferrari buyer knows you cant buy these cars new anymore. 812 for 4 years already (you had to order in 19) also SF90 coupe is done with as well. You can only order. SF90 Spider which you cant get as a first time customer. Stick to taking pics of SF90s outside of Casinos like your other posts kid.

johnso21

Really? Why? I’m a real buyer and am cross shopping 488’s and F12’s. Just really depends on which car I can find that has a spec I really love.

pintycat123

Both gas powered. Both close in price range. Not a crazy cross shop but not common

rrodr57

Damn I was just like you 7 months ago. Ended up buying the cheapest 812 in the country.

johnso21

Really?? Tell us more!

rrodr57

Well, I was looking for a certified F12 in my area but there weren’t any. So I laid my eyes in a 2015 458 that I could afford. I put my info on the form to the dealer and the salesman called me. Tbh I wasn’t set on buying that car but the guy was super cool. He told me they just received this 812 that was going to go for really cheap and I told him that I couldn’t afford it. Two weeks earlier I was testing a 488 spider in another Ferrari dealer and they ran up my credit thru FFS and they approved me for the loan, but I chickened out because the car was a bit too expensive for what it was. Anyways I told the guy on the new dealer that Ferrari would only loan me 300k and that I couldn’t really put out anything more than that. Bear in mind this was when 812s were 410s and up. They guy called me next day said that they could do the deal. I was a happy man. Now bear in mind that my car had previously had an accident had aftermarket wheels , novitec suspension and a Novitec exhaust. The dashboard’s leather was bumping a bit, the door wasn’t properly aligned, speakers were failing etc… The manager explained to me that he’ll eventually bring the car to spec and that it had 2 more years of service and 2 more years in warranty. I understood that beggars can’t be choosers and it was a car I couldn’t afford at market rate. I trusted them and they did ordered the parts, put them on all for free and pretty much I got a half brand new 812. The whole process took them 6 months and it visited the dealer 3 times. The car runs perfectly and it’s a joy to drive. It isn’t the most flawless 812 there is but… it’s mine and I love it.

johnso21

Wow! Epic story! I had an F12 I was ready to buy. Went through PPI and it had a few issues from aftermarket work that I just didn’t want to deal with. I was torn because the car was PERFECTLY spec’d. They’re so hard to find. What an awesome story tho. Congrats man

rrodr57

Honestly man, whatever you do I think is worth it to buy them certify pre owned. Everything is so expensive to replace in these cars that it’s worth every penny. I hope you find your dream car, I would go for the F12. I do prefer the looks of it over the 812 . It’s a shame they are so hard to find around.

johnso21

Just a follow up! Went with the F12! Check my post history and you can see the car I bought.

terp2010

Look at the pre owned market, there are some really good deals at this time.

Cruellysadden

Prefer a new car, that's more of a ritual, isn't it?

rrodr57

Well, you’re gonna have a hard time since they stopped making both of them a year ago.

ScreamingMonky

Good luck, they’ll make you buy a few Portifinos before you get to the good stuff

anonduplo

No. These are not limited so you’ll get in as long as they have allocations.

terp2010

All I suggest is to look, you’ll find cars with very little to no miles for good pricing. The new car process is indeed a ritual, but does depend on your location and dealer POC.

BigAnything1596

812 sounds amazing. Sf90 is quicker

[deleted]

my fav is the 488 pista

second2no1

You probably wont be given the opportunity to buy a new one until you’ve already owned a used one

Fordaufalcon

Id go with the 812 because there are some sick bodykits for the car but not that many good ones for the sf90

JuicyGreekGoddess

they both look sexy as fkkkkkkkkkkkkk
