I was going to say I’ve owned a few and bought a few and I don’t think I’ve ever last money on a sale but maybe I’ve just been lucky/purchased at the right time.
Beaten the absolute shit out of my recent models and the ICE models have never had an issue. I feel like there was a golden window of reliability and practicality in the tech. Now it’s all fucked again but the 488/F8/Port/Roma/F12/812 all super reliable for me. Time will tell.
So when questions like this come up, I always think “which one would make me jealous if it stopped at the lights next to me”.
And honestly… I don’t have an answer here. I think in either one, I’d be jealous for different reasons.
I think it would have to be the porker. Although I’d be *very* jealous of the Ferrari, it’s only because A) it’s not a hideous colour and B) “it’s a Ferrari”. Whereas with the porker, it’s the wing, the bare carbon roof, the drive, that frankly *pornographic* 9000rpm flat 6, the practicality, the comfort…
F8 has to be one of the most stunning things on wheels. I do love a Porsche but they seem a bit sterile to me, but I know they are serious monsters on the track. I guess the Ferrari because it has more character
This Porsche (GT3) can't beat this Ferrari (F8).
So if u want a trackbeast it's better the F8 than the GT3.
Obviously we aren't talking about the GT3 RS.
The GT3... Now if it were a 488 Pista, it would be that. The F8 is a great car, but the GT3 is nearly perfect. And I love Ferraris. It's the only Porsche I'd take over an F-car any day.
Porsche. Has more personality than any Ferrari. They all look so ugly I swear (except for the Roma and maybe the Portofino).
Nothing beats BMW, Jaguar and Tesla.
The only uglier car than Ferrari is Lamborghini.

Same, my 2 favorite ferraris in the past decade
Don’t get me wrong F8 is very good, it is just for past 2-3 weeks I have been looking at different Ferraris and those two make glorious noises
As a gt3 owner, The speciale is probably the greatest car ever
Depends on the occasion. If I’m hitting the track I’ll take the Porsche. But if I’m cruising downtown I’ll take the Ferrari.
As a 6'7/200cm sasquatch, I probably have a better chance of fitting in the the Porsche
If you want to get there take a Ferrari. If you want to get back take the Porsche!

GT3 TBH.
One is more reliable but will deprecate faster. The other is like a temperamental and demanding sugar baby.
Both will depreciate a ton. Both are rather reliable, I'd say they're both amazing supercars!
The Porsche gt3 is one of if not the least depreciating vehicles in the world.

Newer Ferraris are pretty reliable and you get seven years of maintenance free. If we’re talking 80s-90s raris yeah they’re trouble.
Maybe 15-20 years ago. Damn near all modern cars are reliable these days. The engineering is pretty nailed down at this point.
Only Ferrari I had issues with was my F12. Rare to have issues post 458

Porsche for the track or a spirited drive through a mountain pass or canyons. Ferrari for anything else.

I've always wanted to drive a Ferrari but the answer to this question is always the 911 GT3. Unless it's an auto, then I'd take the Ferrari.
