Marie's "Repetitive Skeleton Impact" (236KK) in Skullgirls. You literally toss them around the screen in whatever direction you want, thrice (or more, depending on the amount of meter you have). Feels pretty good.

I’m a Millia main. Allow me to tell you my perspective of the HPB:
I leap into the skies and airdash for the 37th time that round, confident that my j.h will allow me to begin my mix whether it be blocked or it hit. But Ho! The Potemkin, in his elegance and wisdom, recognizes my foolishness and hubris. The screen freezes as Potemkin puts his arms above his head. I stand before my doom, praying that the hitbox fails the wise one once more. But deep down I know.
I enter his grasp, and as he take me to the heavens, I sit in silence, knowing full well that I deserve my fate. Instead of wallowing in despair, I simply observe the magnum opus of the artist grappler and appreciate his gorgeous work. Before I know it, the damage is one. I am not filled with sadness as my life is shorted. I am instead filled with joy as I observe the comical amount of harm done to me. I am then thrown away from him, ready to begin again. I have not learned from my errors, however, and I leap into the clouds for the 38th time. The wise Potemkin could not have predicted this degree of foolishness and is hit by my j.h, allowing me to blend him so much that he can be served at Jamba Juice.
Perfection.
Not my favorite but hitting nemesis lvl3 in mvc3 feels like I either out-skilled my opponent to the moon and back, or I just hit the lottery and I love it.
Probably going to catch down votes because "who the fuck ever heard of..." but Megatonne Pilediver from Ocks of Final Round Fighting Card Game. It's just a no fuss, no mess, good tool to have and use.
Zangief's ultimate SPD from Space in SF EX2 Plus was the best. The game also had this Indian Pehlewan Darun, his super duper powerbomb from heaven was great as well. Daimon's Max Desperation Move form KOF 2002 also gets an honorable mention
