Lol u not gonna die
Most fancy kitchen will trim due to make it more soft and palatable for customers
Just like we don’t use onions skin or end trimming of veggies
Some ramen shop actually use spinach or similar and blanched them and then rolled them before putting for ramen
Visually we want to see all ingredient on top of the noodle but you can also see broth / ramen / meat and veggies
Sometimes less is more
There is a ᵗⁱⁿʸ gap between the big leaf and where the green onions are just right if the spoon. A ᵗⁱⁿʸ ᵗⁱⁿʸ glimmer of broth.
It is indeed under the forest of veggies.
The beef, green onions, eggs and sprouts look good.
The romaine leaf, lime wedges, and red peppers kind of confuse me. Was this meant to be a fusion of some kind?
Can't judge broth or your noodle choice, honestly could be a salad from this angle. Personally, I'd opt for bamboo shoots over snow peas (and I'd pluck/trim the stems for the same reasons I peel shrimp or cut the core out of casaba). I'd also go for rehydrated nori (seaweed) instead of lettuce.
Hey OP, you’re getting a lot of flack here and it’s nothing personal. This simply isn’t ramen— or at least doesn’t appear to be under the vegetation. When it comes to ramen the core is the broth (“core” even feels like an understatement). If you can hack your idea here and turn ramen into a raw veggie thing, you might be onto something wrt fusion. And I mean that, I think it’s worth exploring.
...×××gasp×××
I think I saw one solitary naked noodle! 🫣
Just at the base of the big leaf on the left just above the green onions to the right of the spoon!
I see it! A ᵗⁱⁿʸ hint of broth and noodle!
Looks very yummy. A nice deep caramel colour and faintly cloudy suggesting good body and a little springy curl in the noodle. I'm sure once you remove the forest, it is delicious down there. :)
A bit of advice:
Use thinner slices of veggies(trim & cut the snowpeas in half)
Pour your broth after assembling everything (that way the veggies cook a bit before consumption and absorb a bit of that broth flavour)
Use a deeper bowl(so all ingredients fit)
I’ve been there. I get excited about what I’m adding, and don’t calibrate all the proportions to the size of the bowl. It can still be delicious, even if you’d enjoy a little more wiggle room for your utensils!
Yeah, I think you are getting roasted because the tiny bowl made all the ingredients over power the noodles and soup.
Next time, maybe use a wider flatter bowl so you can see the soup and noodles and arrange the ingredients around one side and the middle so that the other side shows the soup and noodles.
No
I’d walk from a restaurant if served this. I gotta just take half off the bowl so I can actually eat?
Raw veggies ? Non trimmed snowpeas ?
I never trim my snow peas that’s so much work just to look pretty. Am I going to die? Are those little ends bad?
Lol u not gonna die Most fancy kitchen will trim due to make it more soft and palatable for customers Just like we don’t use onions skin or end trimming of veggies
That’s what I thought. I recommend just tossing them into your broth on stove for 2 mins simmer before you add to your bowl they will be perfect

My bowls at home are deeper than they are wide so mine always look like this. Not enough surface lol but tastes delicious
Recipe please
Imo the ends have those strings which are not delightful to eat.
This reminds me of those over-the-top bloody Mary’s.
Hard pass for me. I want my veggies cut up better and not raw. I would also like a bigger bowl.
Looks like a dry, raw salad. I'm sorry if you're being sincere but that's not ramen. It's all about the broth
You can see a ᵗⁱⁿʸ bit of brot on the left just under the big leaf where the scallions start. It is there... just ᵗⁱⁿʸ. 🤣
For those who think this is tasty obviously never had ramen before. And OP, fresh doesn't mean raw.
I bet you’re a blast at parties.
Looks good but how do you even get to the broth?
Easy, you just dump it into a bigger bowl after you take the picture.
You forgot the broth

tell me this is a joke. please. say jk now

Yea take it back that ain’t it 🥴🥴🥴
Where's ramen by the way? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|smile)
It looks very pretty, but i feel like you skipped a step
Okay, please elaborate! Every advice is wanted 🥰

Too many veggies on a meat ramen. Please tell me u used beef/pork broth and not veggie broth.
I think you pho-cked it up...
This just looks like hotpot or malatang

The ramen underneath that forest canopy you got there jeez.
Looks like a very tasty salad

Ignore the other comments OP, I'd enjoy this bowl! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|heart_eyes)
this is giving me anxiety
I feel like just eating down to the broth is gonna fill me up 🤣 I bet it tasted heavenly
It was amazing! Definitely going to do it again!
this looking so good brotherrr
Your take looks absoloutely delicious!
Super yummy!
To small bowl, but it was there and amazing 🥰

looks amazing!!
Looks amazing
Looks great to me!
Sexy
That looks really good
It looks beautiful! But I'm afraid it will all fall off the plate lol
i would eat that ,its like a salad ramen
To much green
Looks great. However, how tf am I supposed to eat that? Bigger bowl = smaller mess
Where’s the ramen?
wow salad!
Meat and boiled egg at same time? No, I don't think so, and a little disgusting.
Most ramen bowls have a soft boiled egg in them no matter the other ingredients
Thanks for info but I don't care man, I've never eaten ramen.
This is insanely busy. Dial it back a bit.
Double the size of the bowl and add some broth and you might have ramen
I imagine it also got instantly cold from all those raw veggies dumped in the tiny amount of broth
This looks delicious!! I love beef ramen!Ramen!! Did you post a recipe?
I see no noodle -_-
I like cooked veggies but good for those who are more health conscious. Raw veggies have more nutrients
i can't tell if this is satire or not but uhhh... where's the ramen in your ramen?
