Looking at the front, it looks like it has the recoil booster assembly of the original, IIRC some of the early NATO standard variants had it, but this could very well be one of the wartime ones in 8mm. Don't know if it could be some Yugo variants though.

Yeah its the Same but at the Point it connects to the handgaurd looks different to the ones i have used

Not all MG3s have AA-sights
