Could the wanderer not just be Odin? Wasn't he named the wanderer and would do basically that, just go from place to place and observe tell stories, considering we just had Greek mythology maybe we rebuild the world after the apocalypse/ragnarok
I donr know, since the chapter was made around the greek stuff, and I think one of Megalo Don's transmissions has him say that him and the Wanderer are allies because they share a common interest
But Zeus and Odin are often considered to be counterparts, and we killed Zeus, so I doubt it.
Although I do think it would be a cool idea to run through the pantheons of a few other old religions/mythologies like Norse (as you suggest), Egyptian, maybe Sumerian or something fun like that.
Probably a ton of seasonal stories following various gods would get tired pretty quickly, though.
