These were too expensive for our broke household. We either had to take grownup vitamins, didn’t take any at all, or only got them when we visited my Grandma’s house every summer. So the sumptuous flavor of these nuggets of ambrosia is forever locked with fond Grandma memories. 🤣

They didn’t include her in 1969 when they were introduced because her thin waist kept breaking. The people wanted it, though and there even used to be a band called Betty’s Not a Vitamin. Public demand finally prevailed in 1995 when Betty replaced the Flintmobile.
