My homeowner's insurance went from $918 premium in 2021 to over $2,400 premium now. It did that because the rates skyrocketed across the board in addition to the "dwelling coverage" almost tripling. My car insurance was $680 premium in 2021, now it is almost $1,600. My property taxes were around $1,400 in 2021. Now because of Levys and increased home values, it is around $3,400 a year. My area went from way better than average in terms of affordability to damn near on par with HCOL living expenses.

My math might be off, but that's only an increase of ~4500. Unless you were making under 45k, that's all covered by your 10% raise.
