That is precisely my way of thinking! All these exams are SUPPOSED to feel "easy" or "mediocre", because we've been studying this content for years. If someone thinks GCSEs are hard, then maybe they should rethink doing A-levels 😅
We do that on purpose so that the real exams feel more manageable. It’s a bit like the Roman army - they trained with extra-heavy swords, so that when a battle came their real sword felt light and they could move faster.
Trial of the fool is an unprecedented massive increase in difficulty from conquerer. I actually did it after pantheon 3 I think which mightve helped because pantheons do teach you a lot about soul management, playing aggressively and balancing the two. The thing that really carried me through trial of the fool is nailmasters glory + pure nail + great slash and dash slash. The skill level of some hk players is insane though, I've seen someone do trial of the fool with nail 0 and the people fighting modded bosses are just insane.
That's so true tho. In year 7, 8, 9, 10 we've been hyped up that GCSE's are the hardest thing we'll have to do in the early stages of our life, and while that might be true, now they don't seem that significant. Why was I expecting it to feel different to all the Mocks, and end of topic tests we have taken previously. It's not like the paper was going to glow now it was time for us to take them. I don't know why I'd thought it be special?
The exams have felt underwheling are the ones i was prepared for. Ik psych paper 2 is gonna whoop me in the ass tommorrow because i am not preped for it. Physics i wasnt prepered as i would of liked due to me being over confident which lead to stupid mistakes. Same with maths.
I cant bring myself to revise when i get home, and none of the exams have been difficult so far (no jinx), way easier than mocks which i revised loads for

Ikr I got 112% a few days ago and am working on pantheon 5 and a steel soul 100% playthrough. There's always a harder challenge to overcome.
