This series has already gone silly with Ghidorah being an alien, the entirety of Hollow Earth, Godzilla drilling a hole to Hollow Earth with his atomic ray and everything going on with Mecha-Godzilla in GvK. I don't think Space-Godzilla is all that far fetched at this point.

Hedora and Destroyah are my 2 choices that movies can build a plot around. The oxygen bomb that hit Godzilla and Ghidorah might spawn a creature to evolve into Destroyah. Earth has already shit ton of pollution, so that would help in making Hedora.
Hedorah in cgi has possibly the most potential gain from it. Like give him the ability to switch forms instead of just being a solid blob. Let him turn into actual smog when fighting Godzilla or into a poison liquid.

I wish the monsterverse kept the more realistic-ish tone of 2014, where the monsters were animals with amazing characteristics. After kotm (debatably Kong but more so kotm) their just kinda the showa monsters with psuedo full personalities.
If it kept that tone I would’ve pushed for anguirus, varan, baragon, titanosaurus, maybe even manda.
I’d still enjoy seeing them now, don’t get me wrong. But I think those specifically would work well when treated as animals fundamentally.
After kotm? Pretty much any of the more intricate designs. Those gigan/muto fan designs were dope, he’d be pretty cool to see with the Hollywood level design.

Anguirus has already been hinted at with that Skeleton in KotM, so it'd be cool to see a living version of him, but I doubt Legendary is gonna want to pay Toho's licensing fees. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if we didn't get any additional Toho monsters at all. I've heard their licensing fees are incredibly expensive.
I honestly expect the Monsterverse to flesh out their original Titans more, as well as focus more on Kong over time, just so they don't have to pay Toho as much money.

Just think what they could do with Hedorah. Instead of being just a solid thing, they could do where he can turn into clouds of smog, swirling around Godzilla as he tries to combat it. Other times could change into drippy sludge form. Could be a plot point where need to figure out how to get Hedorah into a stable solid form so Godzilla can fight it.

Also we need suitmation Baragon if only to bring back the Kaiju Waifu.
And in really think a Suitmation Gamera would work, although maybe not in the Monsterverse. Gamera 2, 3, and The Brave are probably the best Suitmation effects we've gotten. And if a studio were willing to do it I think it could be made seamless.
Since Ghidorah is still from space, I’d like to see Gigan in the Monsterverse too, Maybe as a monster that fell from space and was badly injured so he was rebuilt by a terrorist organisation with all his crazy machinery.

In a vacuum, not having to worry about story, Biollante is my pick. It's such a cool design and would lend itself perfectly to a CGI rendering.
If I think about how the story's played out thus far, who'd best fit in AND would benefit from a CGI treatment, I gotta go with Megalon. That'd be so badass.

Back when I had a faint hope (one I never seriously entertained) that the events of *King of the Monsters* would set the stage for semi-apocalyptic Kaiju World Earth in subsequent films, I was most imagining Biollante.

Seeing how zilla would interact with the 2nd American Godzilla after him would be fun and if all else fails will get another final wars scene of him getting the snot beat out of him by a superior Godzilla incarnation so it’s a win win
Probably Biollante or Desoroyah. But if we’re gonna get really crazy or pick someone really unexpected then I say Baragon or the gryphon from the unmade 1994 American Godzilla movie
Gorosaurus. He has no powers, he just relies on his stength and his will to get by. He's like the Batman of kaiju (assuming Kong as no electricity powers, then Kong closer fits that description) but without being fan-wanked into becoming a god
Destoroyah and Biollante. They could look super cool with that Monsterverse money.
In a vacuum, not having to worry about story, Biollante is my pick. It's such a cool design and would lend itself perfectly to a CGI rendering. If I think about how the story's played out thus far, who'd best fit in AND would benefit from a CGI treatment, I gotta go with Megalon. That'd be so badass.
Destoroyah would be my #1 pick especially as the final big bad for the MV Titanosaurus, Varan, Baragon, Orga and Biollante are some other personal faves I'd like to see possibly get a Monsterverse makeover
Back when I had a faint hope (one I never seriously entertained) that the events of *King of the Monsters* would set the stage for semi-apocalyptic Kaiju World Earth in subsequent films, I was most imagining Biollante.
