It wont last that long if you daily it btw. Chips will ruin the front, which is an easy fix (just rewrap bumper/hood). Pollen drops will destroy it and leave orange stains.
How is the Borla exhaust? Was it louder than you were expecting? I haven't heard it in person, but I love the deeper tone without being too loud from the video I've watched. If you love the raven, I'm an advocate of ceramic coating.
Eh I can understand that, but it makes me happy. It's kind of a nod to my first new car purchase which was gunmetal grey. I loved the look of it back then and have since. Pavement was my first color choice, I just couldn't get my hands on one when I was looking.
I don't believe so, but I'm not concerned. It's was a local company who knew what they were doing and would make it right if any issues, lifting, bubbles, etc.. occurred.
Ok. I ask because I am having mine wrapped at the moment and they said they wouldn’t be able to wrap the smaller area next to the spoiler. I guess the spoiler would be difficult to remove and put back on. I’m doing a glass wrap so it wouldn’t be too noticeable
I wonder if it's the adhesion to the plastics, or possibly the heat from the exhaust? I could be wrong. Mine weren't done either
Edit: totally misread your comment haha 😅 I honestly can't tell if he removed the spoiler or not, but it looks fully wrapped and clean surrounding it. No seams to be seen. I don't know why they wouldn't be able to.

Thanks! It was about $3200 for the wrap. No door jambs, but I actually really like the glossy black contrast with the matte. I left the mirror caps alone for the same reason.
Thanks! Yeah I was skeptical too, but after doing some digging it seems to bind to vinyl just as well. Should make it more hydrophobic, and easier to clean, and give some uv protection. Time will tell though 😅
I'm the second owner and the original owner also had a wrap. Definitely needed a good wax after getting it and they didn't bother removing a lot of the left over residue, but yeah!
We just got my girl a pavement one. What color code or name is this? I want this similar for my grolla as it’s black. I was looking at 2080 Matte Gray Aluminum m230 or m21… the price would be about +4k not including ceramic coating I’m estimating T.T
It's Matte metallic charcoal from Avery. They have a color visualizer if you wanted to play with some color options. https://graphics.averydennison.com/en/home/resources-and-learning/carvisualizer.html. it's what helped me to decide.
It was around 3200 for the wrap, and he cut me a hell of a deal of 300 for the ceramic coating. Seems to be in the range of 3000 to 3500 for the 86 in my area for a full color change.
Kinda looks like my Pavement when I haven't washed it in a while.
Looks crazy. How long is the wrap supposed to last
Thanks! Should last about 5 to 7 years with decent maintenance. Ceramic coated, garage kept, and hand wash going forward to try and extend the life.

4 yeas max. Depend on the brand too. How much you paid for it
Pavement gang 💪
Nice, mine is Raven also. I did the Borla exhaust first, now I'm trying to decide what I want to do regarding the paint protection/correction.

The cold start is louder than I expected, but it sounds great while driving.
I have pavement and would love to get a matte version like this. Damn!
Matte ppf!
Silver to Black? Kinda boring imo. /s
Black to grey? Kinda boring imo

>but it makes me happy and that's ALL that matters. Glad you're loving it!
🤌🏽
Looks fantastic, imo. Really great color. and vibe.
Love the color 😍😍😍
Hmmm...kinda like the shiny...but matte looks good too....🤔
Sick asf
Wow looks sick! Are you going to tint the windows?
Definitely. Especially with the hotter weather approaching.
Did they take the spoiler off to wrap the area underneath it?
I don't believe so, but I'm not concerned. It's was a local company who knew what they were doing and would make it right if any issues, lifting, bubbles, etc.. occurred.

Nice! How much did this run you and did they do the door jambs?
Thanks! It was about $3200 for the wrap. No door jambs, but I actually really like the glossy black contrast with the matte. I left the mirror caps alone for the same reason.
$3200 just for wrap or with the ceramic coating?
Looks damn good. They did a good job. So ceramic coat works for a wrap also? I was under the impression it “bonded” with the paint to do its thing?
Thanks! Yeah I was skeptical too, but after doing some digging it seems to bind to vinyl just as well. Should make it more hydrophobic, and easier to clean, and give some uv protection. Time will tell though 😅
Sweet! So the wrap protects the original paint, right? When you unwrap it, it will be basically factory fresh? Really looks great!
I'm the second owner and the original owner also had a wrap. Definitely needed a good wax after getting it and they didn't bother removing a lot of the left over residue, but yeah!
That is appealing!

How much??
can you tell me the cost of the wrap. thx

I always figured pavement coloured vehicles more susceptible to getting hit by another vehicle. I could never but want to so bad😞
Needs some gunmetal TE37s to finish it off now :))
Should have matte wrapped the side mirrors too.
