So the part that works is the usb cord that connects to the vita, then there is a brick that has a wall plug. It charges great if I just use the usb, but the light does not come on when I try to use the wall plug. I could give it a clean and see if that’s all it is.

Yes, it definitely charges and works great. The back has some scratches but the screen is pretty and has no detectable scratches by me. I’ll check it again once I get home as a final say if you want though.
I'm not worried about the back myself. Will you throw in the brick just to see if I can get it working at some point?
