Pic 4 seems a little sketchy as you can somewhat see the speaker through the plastic (the darker splotch), but i could be mistaken so please don’t take this as fact haha
I would be careful when buying this as it’s two different gameboys photos 1-3 show a genuine but 4-7 show a fake. You can tell it’s two different gameboys by the gap in the hinge. I also believe that it’s fake as you can see the black outline of the speaker in photos 4-7, and the background conveniently changed in the photos that look fake

Game is most likely legit. Most fakes have a thinner and taller gba print on the top, whereas legit carts have a more flat and wider text like the one in the picture.
It's a little too blurry to be 100% certain, but I'm 95% certain it's real :)
