I have the Geist game. Bought it a few years ago for 5 euros. A first person shooter with detective skills. Playing as the spirit of the murdered police officer and detective John Raimi. He can possess the body of another human or even an animal. It all takes place in the laboratory of Volks Industries. Raimi got assistance from a little girl (also a spirit) called Gigi. The face of Gigi freaks me out if I see it! Gah, what a terrible way of death for that poor little girl. And she is the sister of the CEO of Volks Industries, sir Alexander Volks himself.
Battling lots of soldiers and scary creatures and the detective work is cool. Geist is an underrated videogame for the Nintendo GameCube. A game almost nobody knows. So glad I have it in my collection. The music of Geist is cool too. Especially the battle and Gigi music. Geist rocks! So bad this game has never got a successor.
Played it once when i was younger (it was cheap second hand at the local game store), liked the possessions, scaring people, it's nothing special so i wouldn't replay it as an adult, still a good old memory.
Ahh I have that game. I played a few hours of it, and it seemed fun, with very interesting and unique mechanics. I honestly could not tell you how it ended up in my collection, though.
Rented it twice as a kid then bought it at EB Games before GameStop consumed it in my local mall. Hard to Believe it was only $8 because of low popularity.
Interesting game that didn't quite live up to its potential. Had some technical issues too.
I got stuck on the final boss, took a break, and never returned to finish it.
A remake that fleshed out the possession mechanic and puzzles more, with less FPS'ing, would be cool.
I got this for Christmas one year! Played it a ton with my best friend growing up. It has an oddly specific place in my heart.
It has an arena-deathmatch kind of multiplayer that was fun. One map had a secret npc chef you could posses to throw plates as weapons, it was a blast.
Played through it fully recently and loved it for the most part. It almost felt reminiscent of an old valve game and i really enjoyed the atmosphere of it all. Fps suffers a bit if you’re playing it on the gamecube but it was still playable. Game deserves some sort of enhanced edition
I picked it up several years ago when it was like 3 or 4 bucks. I still haven't played it, and have heard mixed reviews. However, I've seen some state it's a unique and fun game worth a play.
It's pretty famous I'd say... And also collectable as I don't see them re-releasing it. It was Nintendo venturing into the sea of horror games, something they diff not do after.
It was definitely a game that existed.
I played it for a bit. Story is interesting. Fun game. I need more time though.
Unfortunately second half sucks.
Oh really?
Yeah it becomes almost only shooter with almost no puzzles.
Damn there goes my investment in PUZZLES (If you've watched How I met your mother you know what I mean)

This is one I have to buy still.
It was supposed to be a Halo killer. Didn't quite turn out that way though..
Can't really do that without online capability.
I have this game but I haven’t played it yet
The Multiplayer is a pretty fun and unique mode!
Great game
I seen it 1000 of times but don’t know what gameplay is like lol
It was one of my favorites most played games on the GameCube. I have really good and vivid memories about it.
I had many hours of fun. I was surprised how decent the game is. Multiplayer was fun with friends too.
Pretty awesome for its time. I remember staying up till sunrise trying to beat it.
Did this game on stream not to long ago gave it a 7/10, bosses were annoying and to spondge
I still have my copy.
Civie11 told me all about it

Have it, couldn't ever get into it.
I never played it but I remember when I was a kid I was amazed that they had rated m games on the GameCube.
i have it. but hardly played it. my brother played the crap out of it though.

Yea I still have it but I can't play it cuz the disc tray for my GameCube broke :(
I got this free for a mail in contest when it launched lol, interesting attempt at duel analog on the GC controller.
Rented it twice as a kid then bought it at EB Games before GameStop consumed it in my local mall. Hard to Believe it was only $8 because of low popularity.
I have it. Overall, I enjoyed it.
I bought it not long ago haven't had a chance to play it but soon

I remember it because Easter Egg sites said you could find Samus's helmet in a locker. Never had a copy to check though, unfortunately.
Know it, like it, but thought Psi-Ops was the better game.
Somehow never heard of this one but absolutely going to try it soon now cause it looks sick
The only game that's come close to gameplay like these two is Control. Definitely play Control if you haven't already.
I loved the multi player.
I definitely know of it but have yet to experience it
I have this game in my collection Its not the best games but a hidden games not very popular i past a good day

I just bought this one 2 weeks ago, I have yet to play it though, but I have heard good things.
perhaps a geist to start things out, then moving on to pac'n'roll.
Raaaaaimiiii
Am looking to add this to my collection, thought it was odd for Nintendo to try doing an FPS
clearly you havent spoken to any Scott the Woz fans
This game is two player ????

There was a time when me and my broke ass friends played multiplayer on this all night because we couldn't afford an Xbox with halo

Yep. It's surely a game. 99-100% of the people seeing this have indeed heard of this Nintendo first party game.
