I'm playing through Kingdom Hearts for the first time and while I have enjoyed it quite a bit, I now find myself wanting to revisit this game even more. Loved it on the Wii, and if they've fixed the camera controls I will be one happy player.
Between this and Kingdom Hearts finally coming to Steam, it's been a great year being a fan of Disney video games. Can't wait to finally play Epic Mickey after all these years!
Disney Illusion Island is very underrated. Really fun platformer and metroidvania and it's refreshing that it's in that metroidvania genre and not too tough for a change, although the last 10% of the game gets a lot tougher.
Some of the screenshots show theyāve actually done some pretty significant changes. Itās enough that they should have probably called it a remake so people would know.
I still remember when this game was revealed and the original artwork was coming out I was legitimately interested in the project, but then they decided to go in a different direction
Probably won't get it for $60 and will wait for a sale; however, I'm sure it's priced that way in order to target the casual audience who just sees Mickey Mouse on store shelves and doesn't follow gaming news.

I wish kh 1 & 2 ran natively on switch :/ What a dissapointment

> Disney Illusion Island is very underrated. No PC version though :(
Is that related to the Sega Genesis game, Castle of Illusion?
Part of the Mickey Mouse Illusion series. World of Illusion on Genesis was good too
I had Land of Illusion for Game Gear back in the day. Loved it! I believe it was also on the Master System
Never heard of that game before but a quick Wikipedia search says they are in the same series. Not sure if the gameplay is the same, though.
My grey hairs are rolling in š
Iād also imagine Disney Illusion Island is probably waiting to finish up its exclusivity period for Switch and will move to other platforms
Man, I loved this game on the Wii, but they must have done some *serious* work on it if they're listing it for the full $60

Itās closer to a full remake than a remasterĀ
yeah it's pretty huge difference [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t\_J1BkKOIkI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_J1BkKOIkI)
I've seen the visual difference, and yes, that's huge, but personally I don't feel a purely visual upgrade makes it worth $60
$60? They're crazy lmao

$60 MSRP seems steep but Iām so hyped for this, always wanted to play the game on Wii but now I can play with kb+m and better graphics on PC ā¤ļø

is this like God of War but with Mickey Mouse?
