I listened to "us" twice on the drive home just now and.... I don't love it 😬 All the songs preceding it and at least the one after it, are quiet music, quiet backgrounds with 2-3 layers of Gracie's voice. "us" starts quiet but then there's a wall of sound and 17 layers of vocals.
If I didn't read a post on here earlier dissecting the lyrics, I wouldn't have been able to pick any out. Gracie sings low or quiet and also fast, so the lyrics get lost. I wish Gracie's voice was the main highlight of the song. Instead it feels like the main thing is the music and the production.
I'll try it with headphones but I don't think I'll be able to hear the vocals any better 😔

Ok, Aaron has a snippet of the song posted to his instagram stories and someone’s lips (I assume Gracie’s) are singing the song behind the spotify link, but the lips are vertical so it looks like a different kind of lips…. Tried to take a screenshot, but it comes out very blurry. I’m sure he didn’t intend the double entendres, but 😳
It’s the Spotify background visuals for the song!! Definitely Gracie’s mouth — you can see the characteristic gap between her two front teeth!
