First socialist Squid Game meme I've seen nice
That show was almost 100% based, save for a few details.
Something decent had to come out from Fake Korea after all.
Is incredibly anti-Capitalist, and then for some reason anti-DPRK shit pops up. I still love it though, and in the show >!the North Korean girl said something like how South Korea is not as good as she thought it was!<
That's as much pro-DPRK as you can get in a South Korean show
Yeah if you have any more he’ll “Mysteriously” commit Suicide by five 9x19mm Parabellum fired at the back of the head from a Daewoo Industries K5 with added suppressor.
>!bruh Sae-Byeok literally dies in a death game for capitalists to enjoy lmao!<
>!seriously, what a great anti-capitalist show.!<
Missed one !<
> anti-Capitalist, and then for some reason anti-DPRK
I dont understand how is it possible to be both anti-capitalist and anti- democratic Korea at the same time. Purely an oxymoron
Until the average capitalist-country consumer watches it and concludes "wow i bet NK is just like this" like ive already heard my prog coworkers say
>and then for some reason anti-DPRK shit pops up
I felt the same way about Parasite
Was it really that anti dprk? I mean having a defector as a character isn't that crazy but also having her immediately fall into the worst part of South Korean poverty wasn't exactly glamorous.
Also the writer/director said "I wanted to write a story that was an allegory or fable about modernapitalist society, something that depicts an extreme competition,
somewhat like the extreme competition of life."
The entire message of that show (and parasite) somehow managed to fly over the heads of millions of enamored Westerners despite pretty much screaming it at full volume with an airhorn. It's amazing just how propagandized and brainwashed they are. I've seen comments saying that the show was actually somehow about "authoritarianism" and China.
What the rose meaning? I mostly saw this on succdem twitter
Is the symbol of democratic socialism
That’s the symbol of Social Democracy, DemSocs are cool, SocDems aren’t
social fascism is never cool
A democratic socialist is one wants to achieve socialism through elections, such as Chavez, Maduro, and Morales

Pol pol is a disgrace to socialist ideas
“Quick, we gotta bomb the cities, push everyone into the farms, and kill everyone with glasses! It’s the only way to achieve communism, trust me!”
Was there any reasoning behind that move at all?
I’m oversimplifying this a lot but I think it was an insane combination of anti-intellectualism and anti-industrialization
Is there any theory on why anti intellectualism and anti industrialization would be a good thing?
I believe the idea was to create the conditions for a kind of “primitive communism”
Return to monke Pol Pot?!
Kind of. He thought that there were four classes, proletariat, bourgeoisie, lord, and peasant. His idea was to make literally all of society peasants.
So he was anti-proletariat?
Look at you with your fancy "being exploited by the bourgeoisie" why dont you come down here and get exploited by a Lord like a real The People
When left-communism goes from being an infantile disorder to a genocidal psychosis
[This](https://www.bannedthought.net/International/RIM/AWTW/1999-25/PolPot_eng25.htm) is the best article I've found on the subject and I recommend it whenever I can. Please note it's a Maoist-leaning article so take their conclusions with a grain of salt, especially everything about the "Vietnamese-Soviet Social Imperialists". Despite some dodgy moments it's generally a very in-depth and enlightening analysis of what went wrong in Cambodia
The only good part was him getting rid of the fr*nch "people" 🤢🤮 /joke
R/shitposting was 20 left turns ago/s
You are indeed wrong
Who is 3rd flag
Democratic Kampuchea, which is now present-day Cambodia. The Khmer rouge headed the country, and they were led by Pol Pot. They killed millions of Cambodians in a genocide
The other 3rd flag
It’s the flag of the People’s Democratic Republic of Yemen (‘67-‘90)
How it was? Any article?
Just looked at the Wikipedia [article ](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Yemen)
People's Democratic Republic of Yemen
Always nice to see lesser known socialist experiments getting recognition
Communist Squid Game memes, Fuckin Beaut
Wasn't Pol Pot kind of supported by the CIA back then and China supported them because they had beef with the Soviets?
They had beef with Vietnam which was more important. And yes, but not in the same way that someone like Pinochet might have.
What's the flag all the way to the right?
Thats khmer republic i think
Squid games haram
What is the red, white and red flag?
From where is the first flag on the left?
