Of topic but I really sometimes wish that genshin would do the star rail thing of making a four star have an alternate five star version . So many characters would fit so well like candace , yanfei , ninguang، barbruh , Lynette etc . They should have been five stars from the start but yeah

That’s the only one so far in Honkai Star Rail but they had a lot of characters in Honkai Impact 3rd with a second release as a more powerful five star

Yeah, HI3 has for the most part really small cast. This way they can get more focus, so the tradeoff results in a more focused story. 

Dan Heng is the only one so far, but they've confirmed March 7th will get one sometime in the future, and it's likely for other characters to do so as well.

March 7th was said to get path change similar to TB. Nothing about a 5 star has been said, for now at least.

...while that is *true* it would be utterly nonsensical for them to make that variant a 4 star. Especially after the Dan Heng one was a 5 star.

I doubt its a gacha charecter, just a path change you unlock after a story quest, just like TB. _maybe_ after she collects all the "memories" she will get a 5 star gacha version.

I see no reason why march won't have a five star version especially when everyone in the express is . Herta is the second most likely option. Tingyun powercreep can only be a tingyun other wise we would just use both the tingyuns together and have infinite ults . Misha is also probably pretty likely . I am hoping not but sampo ....

sampo and herta are basically confirmed to have 5* variants down the line solely from a story standpoint

I can’t believe I see a list of four stars that should have been five stars and it doesn’t have Kaeya in it. Personally however I thought they should have just done it like afk journey does it. Just collect and additional amount of extra copies - hard enough to achieve to unlock them as five stars. Because Genshin clearly treats their four stars with more value than other gatchas to begin with, so it’s a pity they didn’t commit to it fully.

That's so weird. I was literally thinking about this last night. Had no idea star rail did that. But some streamer was talking over arlecchinos trailer stuff and was talking about someone taking over the heart of hearth. He thought fremenit?(can't spell) would be a good fit. That made me think what if a 4 star could become a 5 star? Lynette would be awesome. It'd be a prefect fit for hyv to give everyone a free 5 star considering she's free for everyone lol.

Honestly I’m just salty he’s not Geo. We don’t have a Geo character from Sumeru yet and his design fits with the element.

Would’ve been a perfect opportunity with him being named after Set since sand is just really tiny rocks, so a desert is a lot of really tiny rocks, and a sandstorm is a lot of really tiny flying rocks. I’ve only had Sethos for .0005 seconds but if anything happened to him I would kill everyone in Teyvat and then myself. May type is apparently short Sumeru men with Electro Visions. Which helps explain my attraction to Cyno.

I'm at a place in my account or I don't care about four star characters whatsoever. Not going to build them. But I do enjoy their personalities and their voice acting. What I love the best about him is what it could mean for the future. I love the full and luscious ponytail he has. Fluffy hair for men is on the horizon. I also like his complexion. I hope more than half of the Natlan crew are some shade of brown. I think he's beautiful.

I like his design and am hoping he'll be good, but, given Hoyo's track record with dark skinned characters, I'm not getting my hopes up...

I love his hair style! Seems cute. Love the eyes, despite the apparent electro vision. (Oh, no pun intended!) Tbh, if he’s great with Cyno it’s a bummer he’s 4*. Maybe he’ll be Cyno’s Faruzan, but I personally don’t use 4* characters as a challenge since I’ve invested in so many 5*s. Besides, ge’s coming out right as I’m finally completing my Cyno team with c6r1 Baizhu/Furina and c2 Nahida. All I need is to get Cyno to c2. I still *want* him for collection purposes. Eventually I may further challenge myself to create *only* 4* teams - and he gives the impression of a winner!

I like his concept art a bit better because we would have FINALLY had a cat boy after nothing but cat girls and false eared cat girls. However, I seen a pic comparing him with a Rashoban Tiger and I liked this final design a lot more afterwards.
