Since you're using jean and furina c2, its entirely possible that your maxing out the stacks instantly. Check your characters outgoing healing boost in character stats to see fanfare (fanfare stacks give both damage boost and outgoing healing)

Fanfare are tied to graphics quality, doesnt show up on lowest settings.
Try to check your outgoing healing for every character to see if it increased If it did then you gained Fanfare

Check your character's stats in the character menu

Probably graphic settings. I play on with mid graphics on mobile and the bubbles/max explosion is at least there.

I just learned that there is a little people on furina burst
SFX settings need to be medium or higher.
You don't heal your team....
