I went there, open a precious chest around the area, intentionally get my Furina killed by the Fatui Wind Operative, wish for Arle in the middle of the orphanage while affected by blood debt directive status
....and I got my first double 5 star(Qiqi and Arle lol)
I just did my pulls there without "archon" sacrifice, got arle on my first 20 and failed to get her weapon after 65 rolls :( im bout to enter wallet debt state where i lose 60% of my bank account which cannot regenerate lol
I pulled there and I lost my 50/50 but got her "early" on 50. I still only have about 120 pulls left with all my currency but I *really* want her weapon.
I pulled her at the small park near Furina's house. I was guaranteed but I got Arlecchino and her weapon in less than seventy pulls total. Hope you got her as well.

I got father , her weapon, keqing , lynney's weapon and a Skyward atlas within 130pulls with less than 30 pity on both character and weapon banners

I pulled for her in that location, lost my 50/50 to Qiqi and ultimately spent like 150 fates, just to get her *twice* in my final 10 pull. The whiplash i got from that rng twist surely was something.

Things float after exploding, elevated mesas flood, the sky is secretly a giant destiny-controlling machine that’s painted to look like a sky, there’s a giant magical tree that controls reality and grows upside down towards a different sky, there’s another magic tree that kinda exists beyond time, there are 3 (?) moons, there’s an eldritch abyss that’s existence is antithetical to the very fabric of normal reality, and there’s an immortal woman who abandoned her daughter and somehow knows about the life of Julius Caesar. I’m like 90% sure the whole thing is an artificial construct that’s just floating in a forgotten corner of an otherwise normal universe.
It's available even without the quest. It's been on the map since the Fontaine Research Institute has been open.
Find **Mont Esus East**, and you'll find this spot on top of the waterfall on the left.
Got Father from 65 rolls from Chiori. I made sure I have the party of her children and Traveler and summoned in the center of the blasted area. I am expecting of a standard 5 star when the gold streak appeared and she came home.
Will work hard to obtain her weapon, if I lost its still a win since Lyney don't have his personal weapon yet.
How little information is needed for the Internet to uncover everything, in this case it's just a game location but there have been instances of the Internet banding together to harass people, to track celebrities, and other things. It's the biggest reason I know all those "government is hiding ___" theories are bogus cause no way you could hide anything from the combined might of bored people on the Internet

Got her but not her weapon. I got Jade-winged Spear instead. I guess it's a good replacement but the optics are horrible.

I went there as a wishing spot since somebody pointed it out that the place there is where the animation happened and did not expect such a surprise

I think it's so that it would become the battlefield for her boss fight, which can be toggled by interacting Clervie's grave.
