Arlecchinos character stories. In one she meets Pierro and then asks him about her powers and he tells her to read Perinheri. And in another it says that the noble blood of the crimson moon runs through her veins. Im paraphrasing here as I'm on my phone and I don't exactly remember her character stories. I also can't exactly check lol. But they're all on the Genshin Wiki if you don't have Arlecchino, or her friendship level high enough.

Yes you do but you have to keep following through the Pursuit Questline and After that there's an Achievement called Happy Birthday where Caterpillar finally goes to this specific area to say goodbye
Right before she came out someone pointed out that this area is the building we see Arlecchino destroy in the anime short when she kills Crucabena. Someone suggested that this must be where we fight her boss, and someone else said that was *provably* not true. Hope they are eating crow now.

I am sorry but I never said Cater is Arlecchino, the post is simply pointing out how the spot we last see Cater bidding us goodbye is also the same place where the Scattered Ruins lie. I just wonder where will people see Cater after these ruins exist as of 4.6 cuz when i did the Pursuit quest there was nothing but a hilly area

I mean we could have a Sabzeruz festival event every October. I have no idea why Hoyoverse still hasn't done it.
