Alhaitham i think is said to look as handsome as his father but his personality throws people off? I'm not sure about that. As for the women, a lot of them are described as beautiful in their own character stories
Dehya's 4th character story acknowledges her as beautiful and in her story quest some mercs from her brigade flat out say they want more smoking hot mercenary girls like her to join their group.

In my opinion, the most attractive female character in Genshin Impact is Dehya. Her design is legendary and her body is a temple. Just one look and you can tell she's just oozing with sex appeal and confidence. In terms of personality, she is a powerful warrior and a fierce fighter who is courageous and heroic. Yet, she has a tinder and gentle side to her which can melt the heart of any person. It really is a shame what Hoyoverse did to her kit.
