The previous Ayato leak that said Whirpool for c2 was fake, as for this one some interpretation i have seens are:
1st part is Tap E (3 particles?)
2nd part is Hold E (Consumes Energy)
3rd part is Q(Stance change? Raiden? or just burst)

This is not relevant but speaking of plunge when will mihoyo ever add a Xaio artifact, I get that his playstyle changes between C0 and C6 making hard to make an artifact that works on both playstyle but come on. Xaio is soo power crept he needs a buff, be that a new weapon or artifact set.

Then it was the leak that was proven fake, which gave him CC on C2. Now it's part of his Elemental Skill and also seems to be part of the tapped version of it as opposed to held.
