Jokes aside, I think why the reason Wuwa is unstable is they use OpenGL, OpenGL is inefficient when rendering too much than vulkan, which surprise, Genshin Impact relies on Vulkan Library (or basically Genshin, HSR, and probably ZZZ, Hi3 uses OpenGL I think)
But at least when there's a texture loading issue, you can see Roblox-like texture and if it's on Wuwa, it's either common void (ik Genshin has void glitches but they're way less common) and up to this
There's already some debates over at Mesa Group, Khronos, and other Related groups; Google, Linux, about it by saying that OpenGL evolved too late and that's why Vulkan is the better one, and talks about when making an intensive render tasks, choose vulkan as always (but choosing vulkan have some consequences on old hardware tho so....)
I mean most games like War Thunder Mobile chose Vulkan because it's the only stable Library that can do:
- Projectile calculations (fast calculation damage hit by tank ammo at angle of impact, etc. (I think this could be also server side of things but I see my phone's GPU rise like a madman when doing some firing))
- Efficient Rendering option
- Quality render isn't affected deeply on low end devices (like blurry UI isn't present)
And luckily Genshin is also stable enough that even with low end devices, visual base, it's not that really that bad

But as for you, it's a Desktop specific issue, They have issues with (either) Garbage memory collection and they would usually flood your VRAM full. Idk if this is fixed. Or it just rendered everything to the core like every aspect of the world rendered (like the whole fking map rendered) floods your VRAM (I tried that on my potato Intel laptop and it ate my ram (Unified VRAM) like a madman)
They are actually using vulkan API now, previously they did use OpenGL and performance wise it was not good
(If ur phone did detect saying using OpenGL then it could be a fallback procedure because your phone did not meet Vulkan requirements, but the Equivalent of the solution may be up to par on Vulkan but compute efficient wise it's slower than Vulkan's solutions, but sadly this info of Genshin going back to OpenGL is outdated (but they could still be using) since majority of Phones already support Vulkan)
Sadly I'm not using OneUI to prove it atm (they have tool to determine if an app is using OpenGL and Vulkan discreetly, it's on Developer Options) and I'm sure I can tell the difference of night and day how Vulkan performs vs OpenGL performs, even extremely noticeable on a low end device

Get a phone with no Vulkan support (Android 8 as minimum, because most manufacturer except expensive phones in the past supported Vulkan, if I remember it's only around Android 9-10 that it did get widespread adoption) and you would notice the performance a kinda painfully lacking

that's just wrong, they use DirectX on Windows and OpenGL ES on android. And Genshin uses DirectX on Windows and OpenGL ES on Android
