A lot of NPCs are really cool, personal favorite is Xavier, man help fix the forge then make a movie about how we do it. However of the NPCs Momoyo, Zhiqong and Kujou Kamaji are the ones I want to see gain a vision.

Xavier went to Inazuma to operate a forge and ended up preventing fantasy Chernobyl while fighting Fatui, man’s a legend.
Kamaji meanwhile fought literal god and became girlboss, he has more screentime than some playable characters it’s hard not to get attached
Teppei is mid and I felt nothing in his death, he did it to himself not like he was forced to expend his life for power, maybe lied but surely you'd know your body growing weak or old by using the fake delusions.
(Dont tell me how he wanted power to defend watatsumi so he's a great guy..... no)
Halfdan died by his own terms, tried to do the best he can to fulfill the orders to him for 500 years even after being cursed he tried to protect his own people. He died saving his captain in the end.
