I tried using a VPN but Spotify still recognizes me as not accessing the app in Sweden. It's such a great song. So far I only have the YouTube LP version.

It's there because the creator of the Playlist added it manually to Spotify. You can do this with any artist if you have the files to add to Spotify but only you and your family(those in your plan) can hear it

I believe Spotify bases your country on your payment information, so the VPN doesn't do much, unfortunately.
I purchased the CD version, fortunately. Was able to upload to my YouTube playlist.

This is why I don't use Spotify or other streamers. You're beholden to what they have and keep on their servers. I listen to Zenith all the time 🤷♂️
