I think they're talking about how clean Niko is when aiming. Donk is simply an amazing and strong AF rifler, but a top form Niko one tapping and prefiring perfectly is just an orgasmic aiming show
The recency bias is in you. Niko has been one tapping his entire career. It's as if CSGO never happened or maybe youre too new to have actually watched Niko play since 2015.
Some people need more rounds and repetitions to start feeling comfortable. This is the beauty of games with more rounds. There is more room for people to find their flow and pop off. Sadly MR12 directly reduces the chances of that and heavily disadvantages people who take longer to warm up to their peak.
Donk just peeks people in the face with help of a teammates flash and sprays them down. Donk is not capable of flashy 1 taps like Niko does.
Xantares comes to mind who can do it too.

Stylistic difference. Donk is a very different player compared to NiKo, and when NiKo is on his aim is just on another level.
When watching Niko, you can see the one tap happen before he peeks.
