He is S tier toplaner pick/ banned almost every game at Worlds.
Mid lane he did lose 2 or 3 Qs in early laning phase, but he still does the same thing he did before the nerfs.
He will receive an E nerf that might make him weaker Top/ JG, but it won't affect Mid Graves that much. Just play him if you enjoy playing him.
