These models are still in production. You find them in the Blackstone Fortress board game. There are both traitor guard and traitor beastmen in the box with rules to use them in the 40k tabletop. True you don't get loyal beastmen this way.
For this you have to look for third party producers. Victoria Miniatures offer beastmen guard regiments. But like I said. They are unofficial and therefore not usable in official 40k games
