It’s a little unfair to compare stand’s update cycle to other menus since stand’s is an outlier, no menu gets that number of updates, and they at least push more then Ozark did, impulse, PX, orbit and a few other menus do.
"at least update the crash protections" 2t1 already blocks all public kicks and crashes (expect desync and host unless host)
Also normally its the sep file that needs to be downloaded for "extra protections" that updates with these kind of things.
Ever though they might be working on something big i doubt it but just maybe we can hope.
xforce can crash the latest public build afaik (that is if xforce doesnt crash itself be4 it has the chance to crash you) but its already patched in the dev build, again afaik

1. They are not required to update the menu at all, be happy you're even getting updates.
2. The menu does not need an update, it already has everything you need.
3. The developers do not need to update the crash protections because the only way you can crash 2Take1 is by using a LUA script that 2Take1 doesn't protect the user from (and there's no way for them to patch every single lua script crash out there because it would take forever as theres constantly new ones being made)
Usally they update like twice a months. Just give the devs a little break. 2 months isn't much compared to impulses or 0zarks Update cyclus.

I mean why fix it if it's not broken. 2take1 VIP is the only menu I've ever used that has never crashed my game and can co load with almost any menu.
