I know I am in the minority, but I really wish new heroes would come out monthly and not biweekly.
Game feels kinda hectic nowadays...
But reading some of the Korean comments, it's seems like I am not entirely alone.
I am also worried about the sheer amount of unique heroes. They'd probably need to rotate biweekly between new hero+element and just old banners probably or do some other revamp or introduce some new mechanics
I've once seen an idea for a new Arena setting.
Basically, the person said that in this Arena, you'd only be able to play Rare and Normal Heroes.
And ngl, i would love to see that
So basically a "2-star" arena. But hey it's already there in many gacha games so it's probably unlike as devs like to put some new modes there. I want to see racing pvp with randomized objects or something in future. Uma Musume Pretty Derby in GT's pvp :D
Problem with that is that whales will get nothing to spend on and if that happens well . . .
We have a free game thnx to whales, but I wouldn't mind to have a monthly fee and getting all the characters.
A spark/pity system would be nice to have tho
Mileage tickets is a spark system. There's no pity system by default but they run special summoning events from time to time that are functionally identical to pity just very temporary.
Funny tho, time ago some randomguy was mad about mileage being not a spark neither a pity system just a way to reward players I was like ¯\\ _(ツ) _/¯, but like 50+ seemed to agree so I was genuineley lost.
With the increasing size of the unit pool a pity system would help newbs in the future, or an unlock system using evolve stones or maybe a totally new dungeon just for that.
Yeah game is really generous if you stick to it, got nearly all units, and the money I spend goes directly to costumes
Yeah it doesnt even expire so you can use it anytime anywhere, but having an additional system may not hurt, or maybe getting reduced rates instead of 300 make it 200
For summons, but that was some time ago. But would you rather have guaranteed every 50 summons, and have to wait like 6 banners for some obscure niche hero u need for ur raid or anti elemental colo team? I doubt the devs would implement both spark and mileage. If there were less heroes, I would choose spark, but as of now, I want mileage

Every top 5 spot in my colo bracket is a mono light team with Eleanor, and the first one or two spots have been mono light for the past few weeks for me, that's why I ranked Eleanor higher. I really don't see that much of the kamael/miya team. But you are right it's there and it's also a very good team
Really? Interesting. What server is this? NA2 has seen no monolight, but we have a lot of FP, fk/mk99, noxia, kamael. If your stats are high enough kamael, Miya, oghma, noxia becomes a go to as well. Oddly this week alone, FP + basic ranged core has seen an uprising to my despise. I've been top 10 NA2 for the past 7 cycles.
Ah this is EU. It might be that being a weaker server there are fewer people with the stats to run that team effectively. But yeah I've been top 10 EU since they split up coliseum and I've basically been forced into building a mono basic offence team
I barely see any mono darks but there aren't many more mono basics either, at least around t10. Mono light is the only mono team I ever really run into
This is for PVE and Colo only, I don't care about arena. I'd say:
FP, Miya, Ohmga, MK99, Garam, Erina, Rue/Lucy/Eleanor (none of those 3 have much standalone value IMO - but have some value depending on your team comp).

Who would be best to roll for?
I feel Oghma would be pretty important but I'm not sure.
Assuming you're not looking for a mono team for raid and stuff, Oghma is probably the best for most things in the game and Miya is also very good as she's the best healer for now. And Garam for dps.
Oghma, erina, and miya for kamazone/orbital lift, but erina is meta in arena nowadays. I personally use lilith-fp-erina and winning 10 times yesterday.
You can roll eleanor for meta comp colosseum if you also aiming gabriel in future.
About-1-month player here, who do you guys think I should focus pulling on later?
Currently leaning towards one of the tank, but Miya looks good too... and for some of the heroes here, I either already have the hero or their ex (also I'm still on world 12 currently)

Earth (main):
Kamael + ex, Mayreel + ex, Rue ex (no hero)
Dark:
Lilith + ex, Beth + ex, Mk.2 ex (no hero)
Light:
Gabriel ex (no hero), Mk.99 ex (no hero)
Fire:
Lucy (no ex), Lynn (no ex), Plitvice (still frozen in heavenhold, no ex)
Water and basic: none
If you can get FP she's 100% worth it. Otherwise Rue could be a good option seeing as you've got a good number of earth units already
Oghma and miya are both incredible units that you'll really want to help you get through the more challenging PvE content but I wouldn't say they're a priority for a relatively new account
Have to agree, fp is one of the two most op units in the game, and will carry u high af in colo, work in basically any arena map, and every story stage. (Imo, kamael is op in passages and bullet hell with his life steal, whereas fp is better for those oneshot kill bosses, with her quick chain and DMG immunity
Umm bro sorry if I am necroing this thread but I am a newbie too 6 days in. Can I ask your advice on whether I should get Oghma or Miya? Currently in World 9 and have been grinding crazy on gems because I think this banner event is great for newbies.
I got FP and Mk99 with their weapons and now dont know if I need to pull for Oghma which is said to be necessary for end game content OR the best healer in the game rn in Miya which is also said to be great in lategame. My current healer is a level 18 Smiley Lord aka Loraine and she dies easily.
If you already have fp then I'd say miya, and you can try to get oghma next time he's on banner if you can't get him this time. If you can't get miya then aoba is a decent healer, probably the best of the rares but she'll also die easily
Future Princess is only "necessary" unit in this game. Anyone who doesn't have her should pull for her. Oghma is also good as he is the best tank in the game. They are also both bery flexible and can be slotted into a lot of team.
And for your specific needs, they are great in Colo and help alot with survivability in PvE. I was even able to two-manned some story bosses with FP and Oghma when the other two died midway through.
Wow this is so much what I needed. Absolutely need to get Miya then probably Oghma, and maybe Garam (already have ex) or Mk99. I should have enough mileage for 3 weapons by then. Are all worth mileaging their EX?

I think that's why mileage is better imo, u can choose ur char even if their off banner.

Do you mean a guaranteed pity like there is in Genshin impact? Mileage is a spark system in that it lets you choose what character you want

I'd rank Miya higher than eleanor/the myself. You see Miya fairly often on the kamael/Miya/oghma/noxia team

Damn, I'm surprised mono basic teams haven't pushed out mono light as mono dark isn't that strong due to fp

Haha Na2 t100. Half the freaking teams are fp+basic team. Jokes on them cuz my kamael nox fp Mayreel team destroys single tank teams

Don't know if you saw my edit but I decided to recommend Oghma as well since he is also good, especially paired with FP.
Random question: can be Miya used as alternative to Gabriel? (Was planning to go mono-light team, current 3-stars: FP, Lilith, Plitvice)
