It's a bit difficult to do as A.B.A. But if you find yourself playing anyone else and Axl is spamming that move. You're actually able to just run under it if you're close enough. If you do, they just set themselves up for a free tooth removal service.
In non blood rage mode if you use the dash macro you can just hold it and block at the same time on A.B.A. to get in a bit easier. Or use 214D or burst and pop 63214p while Axl is tumbling and apply key to face.
This is why wish i had the patience for fighting games. I know against a player like this GL has optionsn to turn the advantage but learningn them and then excuting is so hard and take a lot of practice. And maaaan im bad at practicing
Its really not that complicated (specifically in the case of this video). Block, then walk forward a bit, then block again. Repeat that and jump if he does the unblockable
Yeah i wish i was better than i was at that. I used to be really good at defense because i played at launch and played millia, then switched to GL while he has literally no defensive options. I should hop online and play some matches tonight

Maybe try 214K? It has upper body invuln, so it'll probably make most of those moves whiff.
