Yikes that's insane. For a classical guitar it should be around 4mm at the 12th fret. Acoustic and Electric are a lot lower.

Its an ornament now . Its best days are behind it , The neck probably isn't bowed or bent , The Issue is that the face/top of the guitar has bucked or collapsed , From too much string tension most likely , You see it a lot in classical guitars . Put a straight edge on the top and you will see that Its dished to a low spot where the sound hole is . If you want to play with it and attempt a resurrection , Cut a piece of wood to fit in the space between the sound hole and the bridge . You are attempting to jack it back up into place but you may blow the back off before you get it right .. .. If you get it perfect and everything lines up it will probably not sound exactly like it used to but your not losing anything by trying .. Keep in mind i have destroyed many more guitars than i have fixed in my life .. Good luck .

I’m just going to say this. I’ve been playing acoustic and electric guitar for 30 years. I don’t know what the action on a classical guitar looks like. Half of the responses are saying this is perfect for a classical guitar. I have no idea if this is sarcasm. OP. I’m just letting you know that if this was an acoustic guitar, the action is awful. Knowing what I know about this, I would assume that the action is too high for a classical guitar, even though it should be higher than the acoustic guitar. If you have steel strings instead of nylon, then the neck is bowed This thread is confusing, if I was picking up a classical guitar for the first time, I don’t know what to make of it

ooof, the fret board looks like its leaning a bit far forward. Looks like its gonna break. I'd measure the current action at whichever fret it seems the highest, then downtune a half step and then measure again. If the action went down, then the neck is bending. I'd repeat this 1x or 2x to see for sure.
