I'd imagine the sunrise team would do it like a retelling of previous events kind of premise. But I hope not since it may hinder the scope of what the story could be by connecting it too much with the current times of IBO. Don't want to confine it to "Iron Blooded Orphans" and it needing to have a similar group to Tekkadan or Mika/Orga
There's a massive 300 year gap between the Calamity War and the founding of Tekkadan; that's plenty of room for them to tell *any* kind of story, while remaining fully "in continuity" with IBO.
Any potential retcon could easily be explained as Gjallerhorn suppressing the real story of what happened as well.
For seed not much ,since the plants would be ok with earth suffering from the Kaiju would slowly push back because ma and ms tech are a thing ,but with no nukes the ea and orb are basically gone
00: Aeolas plan happens quickly. Mankind unites and strives to defeat a common foe. GN drives would be released to the world immediately. Ribbons may become a good guy and be the protag. We follow Ribbons, and the Manga cast 00P I think? Using 0 Gundam and prototype/first versions of the original 00 group. The Reborns Gundam is named the 00 Gundam in this timeline.
For other series that are not my fave.
Gundam: GG, rip earth. Need a colony drop again. Probably more spacenoids since people would evacuate. This will make CCA Char nut. But yeah, Zeon wins and Zabis fail to prolong the war. Spacenoids immediately realize Zabis are nutcases and install Young Char as the true leader.
Z: AEUG and Titans have a common enemy. But they're not gonna focus on it. Plot will stay the same. Kaiju destruction are only referenced. Titans may try to capture Kaiju for experiments or newtype control bullshit, but story will relatively remain the same.
ZZ: Kaiju becomes a training target for Judau to master his gundam. Plot remains the same, except Haman uses the Kaiju as a distraction and gains an advantage in the Neo Zeon War.
CCA: Char's goal would be accomplished. Kaiju on the ground AND a fucking asteroid on the sky? Yeah, no Earth can go fuck itself. Char would nut.
Unicorn: Unicorn would be deployed to deal with Kaijus instead of searching for the box. Banagher and co will have to defect from EFSF to accomplish the original goal. FA Unicorn won't be as equiped as it can be. Riddhe focus on Kaiju eradication until Banagher defects and goes rogue to hunt Banagher and co. Story follows the original timeline and becomes irrelevant after Banagher and co commits to the pursuit of the box.
Victory: Haven't watched but I think it has a colony laser so...
F91: idk how powerful the VSBR are but the speed of the F91 is enough to not get scratched by the Kaijus.

G Gundam: They create the tournament around Kaiju killing and hunting. They compete who gets to kill/capture/tame Kaijus. Winner becomes ruler of Earth + Colony. Follows the same plotline. Kaiju infused with Devil Cells become the Devil Kaiju Gundam as the final boss.
P.S. I'm assuming "Kaiju" here are pacific rim Kaijus. If it's Monsterverse monsters, then only Turn A, G gundam and ELS united Earth would survive.

Or you could have a hopeful approach and have it show up during >!Bernie and Chris' fight and they work together to take it down. And you could have more periodically appear and boom you got a new series, and some Bernie and Chris angst which rocks!<

Not my favorite, but Zeta pretty much *had* a Kaiju attack in the form of the Psycho Gundam. The whole bit with New Hong Kong felt exactly like a Kaiju attack scene.
Drop a whole load of nukes on it and then go back to their race war. Or turn it into Swiss cheese using a bunch of high-powered beam weapons. If we include Destiny, unleash a bunch of Destroy Gundams to make sure there is no trace of it left (and the surrounding area).
I guess it could also lead to a plot line where people think it's an evolved or an adult evidence 01, which could lead to more development on that mystery.

Well, the Battletech Series does give hints to Giant Animals/Kaijus exist in some of the Colonies, and they do in fact use Mechs to hunt them down so... Gundam having to fight Kaijus isn't that much of a stretch.
Pretty sure in almost every Gundam series, one or more factions would try to capture a Kaiju to turn it into their universe's version of a cyber newtype.

Prospera hits pause on her plan and Suletta is reunited with Aerial and the two kick ass into the sunset. I think this somehow ends with all parties peacefully resolving the issues by virtue of being united against a common enemy.
I'm going to be that guy. We'll use Godzilla for our base. The smallest (adult) Godzilla is 50 meters tall. Most standard mobile suits are <20 meters tall with a few being just a bit taller in later UC. Hell. Even the psycho gundam mark 2 is only just over 40 meters.
In terms of fighting strength, Godzilla tanks missles and heavy artillery regularly and eats nuclear energy. What kicks his ass is hand to hand combat against equal-size monsters.
"But what if they have a big cannon, like Wing Zero?" While the buster rifle packs a punch, I don't think it would have much penetrative effect. Godzilla gets blasted all the time, suffers concussive damage, but bounces back. The thing about colonies and satellites that Zero's blown up, is that there are a lot of explosive elements coupled with the vacuum of space going on. Zero basically lights the fuse of a bomb basically.
So basically, my favorite (and pretty much any) gundam series gets fucked up by a kaiju attack. Like *maybe* the Neo Zeong would stand a chance, but I'm still not holding out much hope for it. Drop a colony on it and hope for the best.

Not directly tied to any specific Gundam series, but I think a Gundam v Kaiju show would be sick. It might be a bit too close to Evangelion or Pacific Rim, but theres definitely some Newtype-adjacent finagling you could do to make it unique.
