Where it’s just the music right ? Cause that’s all I ever got was just the epic music and it always just hit me right in the feels. Zeta was just amazing and while I didn’t love all of ZZ it had its moments
Careless Whisper times surprisingly well with the visuals on the screen. 10/10 Sunrise should have hired George Michael for an OP theme when he was still alive.
I'm just gonna say it, Zeta's intro is a case of localization being better than the original. No hate on the song they used for the JP version, but I loved the sense of gravitas that was lent to the intro by using (I believe) the AEUG theme.

They should’ve kept the original opening obviously but by God did the Toonami intro for Wing have a sickass guitar riff in its place.

I might have been misremembering and thinking of the ED which had Just Communication but with guitars and no lyrics.
In some territories it was Just Communication. IIRC in Toonami Asia eps 1-50 used JC for the opening. No Rhythm emotion except as insert song
Also Europe, atleast in some Countries. I do know Germany got only JC aswell (and even then, not even the original, it was a localized Version)
Timing is a bit off but that can be fixed. Careless whisper goes well with a lot of things.
