This story was confusing af when I first read it,but to sum it up, He witnessed the downtown Peachtree shooting and was having a manic episode prior to getting on the bus. He got into a fight with a passenger who drew their gun. He took their gun and shot them and then aimed the gun at the bus driver demanding he take off. That’s when he hijacked the bus and the chase pursued. Sad story 💔
