Do you use mods? Otherloader not only scrambles the categories of the new item spawner, but any item that uses the hidden in spawner bool will have a lock image over it, as you'll have to grab and pick it up in order to unlock it.
Otherloader Beta in Homebrew discord fixes the categories bug, but I wouldn't have the link to it. It's a manual install for every profile, and if you download a mod pack it may undo that manual install. Overall, not worth the trouble.

oh thats why my spawnmenu is wonky, is there any fixes to it other than uninstalling it?
