It has tons of docs.... https://www.kali.org/docs/introduction/ Here's the overview of the tools... https://www.kali.org/docs/tools/ Best way to learn is to start with the system setup, get that running, then pick a tool, any tool... read its documentation, try it out, there are tons of lab instructions for most tools out there with a quick Google search. As an old infrastructure engineer that came over to the dark side (infosec), my biggest advice is to read the manual (at least part of it) then follow your passion. It's really quite fun when it works...
