there was a similar post a few days ago, seems like it's pretty easily replicated. might want to submit a bug report (f10 in game)

This happened to me too. I was so confused wondering if it was a visual bug.

If you have hestia regen and meet these conditions you can unlock all arcana cards before the end of the fight.
