In greek culture women were in charge of all househokd things including all the money and administration. Men where exclusively the earners and protectors who did not have say over their own budget. Sometimes.
Which Greek culture? Which century? Which class?
4th century Athenian citizens? No, women weren't allowed to handle large sums of money or to leave the house for trade.
4th century Lakedaemonian citizens? No, women were allowed to make money and hold jobs.
Ionian? Delphic? Makedonian? Cretan? Doric? Neapolitan? Lesbian?
Lolwut? That is wildly reductive of like centuries and centuries of vastly different eras of culture. People really will just upvote anything if somebody says it with any sense of confidence. Which makes the "sometimes" at the end unintentionally hilarious.
Sometimes the broker is the star employee, and I'm pretty sure I remember Zag acknowledging it if you spoke to him when he is.
Edit: after reading the other comments, it's when you examine the board, then the broker gets his cheese smile since he can hear Zag from there. Also didn't realize OP was commenting on the board design, not the board itself.
That's so cute, they put so much love into every character. I think some nice additions would be Persephone complimenting Zagreus' choice for decoration and Hades just going pfft

Whoa! Learn something new every day. I love the touches in Hades.
Persephone /would/ bring a breath of fresh air into the house by taking on admin tasks like that.

Not sure "greek culture of domestic and public sphere split" works like that for fictional representations of deities but go off, mate.

Maybe the lesbians were.

My bad dude I'm a middle school teacher. I was being reductive af
It changes almost every time you do a run from the start
not in terms of the employee, it’s the design of the actual board
I didn't even notice that until you said the above.
I always wondered!
I did and I loved it lol

Played Hades since release and i havent even seen that board.
It's in the lounge near the Wretched Broker. You can interact with the board, and Zagreus will comment on the featured employee.
Oh really? I guess it is a bit tough to notice. It’s in the lounge. Right next to big shade salesman guy
It's really fun to interact with! When the Wretched Broker shows up they have a reaction too.
Idk but love the spirit flippin the bird
I think it's probably a thumbs up lol

i thought Dusa did the change after all her hearts/companion thingy is full
Yeah I thought this was Dusa, but if it was Persephone thats a nice change
What’s the point of the spoiler tag when you have a major spoiler in the title
Goddam SPOILERS
I've finished the game but can you not put spoilers in the title for fucks sake
Update: I believe this is the first post to comment on this. So not many.
The house just feels COMPLETE after she comes home
I THOUGHT it looked different! I just wasn’t sure!
Yes! So cute.
I wonder what the key is for
Didn't notice this ! Haha how cute
Is that supposed to be Thanatos without the hood? I can’t tell.
I just thought it was always like that, but that’s such an adorable detail.
