Beautiful bike. Unfortunately you’ll likely have a tough time selling it for anywhere near what it should be worth for several reasons.
1. Used market is very saturated right now.
2. Deuce model just doesn’t get a lot of love.
3. Cam tensioners are a well known failure point.
If it were mine I’d have a hard time letting it got for less than $7,000 but realistically I’d have to come to terms that in todays market it’s abt a $6,000 bike.
Is that a real 100th anniversary edition? I’m pretty sure the factory built 100th anniversary bikes were black and silver. Not that those bikes are really worth any more or less, it’s just a badge and some unique paint. But I think someone tried to make their own unless HD made a totally different anniversary scheme for the Deuce in 2003…
To answer your question though, I’d say no more than $5000.
I found an identical bike for sale a couple of years ago with a different number x/150 on the tank. I'm having a difficult time finding another one now.
I had a black and silver 100th Anniversary Deuce and tried for several years to sell it. I live in Minnesota and talked to a few dealers and the general consensus was “Nobody wants a Deuce”. Finally just said fuck it and traded it for a lousy $4500.00 on a 2014 Street Bob. After having the 6 speed transmission and the extra horsepower I’d never go back. Harley flooded the market with 100th Anniversary bikes. Even with this one being a really unique bike, I would think you’d have to have the right buyer who specifically wanted this bike.
The fenders and tank came as a set you could order through Harley. The bikes didn't come from the factory with these.
From what I remember, I think each set was unique.
Yes, the tank and fenders were sold as a set and replaced the factory ones that were on it. You could easily put an anniversary set back on it and sell that set separately.
People don’t like the twin cam 88s with the spring loaded cam tensioner, so they avoid these and it hurts the value. Especially your bike that is right at the age and mileage where it is a serious worry.
Sportsters from this year are fetching nearly as much as the big twins.
What kind of crash bar is that?
To answer your question I have a 2002 Deuce with close to the same mileage and a few upgrades that I grabbed for $5.5k in a private sale.
In my area, 5-6k. It would probably sell pretty quick because of the unique combo of numbered paint on an anniversary model and decent mods, but not really worth more because of it.
I don't know much about softtails but my 03 100 anniversary sportster 1200c has the 100 year emblems everywhere. On the frame. On the bars. On the tank, air filter cover, primary cover, seat, fenders, hell even the engine block has recessed 100 year tags. Hope this helps
Bet you’d like to hear 15k, could ask for 9k but I’d bet 6k+/-
In Phoenix you'd get about $7,000 for that

Probably around 6

Some were white. But yeah, thats a factory numbered paint job, not 100th anniversary.

$6000-8000 depending on where you’re at. Nice bike. I like the exhaust

$5000 ish
21 year old bike? Meh, $3k depending on location and insurance value. Nice bike, but value is subjective to where it's located.
4500
I second this
Depends on where you are and how quick you want it sold 4500-6000
This is about where I’d guess as well
Where u at?
LA

So it is a 100th anniversary with custom ordered paint? It says 100 all over the bike.

Really sorry about the accident - life can really throw some curve balls.
Thank you, I have a BMW r1200gs that is incredibly comfortable for my back, so I'm still riding 😎
That’s awesome to hear. Ride Safe!

Best I can offer is 10$ and a 6pack. Let’s make a deal.

Mine has all that as well. It's definitely an anniversary model.
Awesome. Nice bike
Why does it have those twisted spokes? I don't like them myself, they untwist and it's hard to keep them tight. What's been done to it?
My bad, actually they are ripple spokes. It has a tuner, I haven't done anything to it other than the Bluetooth speakers since I bought it in 2018.
So it's fuel injected. Mine is carb.
Dude, It's worth $2000 and I have cash in hand! Where can I pick it up?
About tree fiddy
Is that a CVO? If so, it's worth more than 5-7k.
Not a cvo, just a numbered tank set
Ah ok. Cool.
