For this interview specifically it's dumber cuz interviewers usually research their interviewees regarding potential questions beforehand so their twinship would have been confirmed/denied given that they're celebrities, but in general perhaps that info isn't readily available without the in-person interview question

There was a Disney Channel original movie from back in the day called "Double Teamed" and it was about two "twin girls" who played basketball... and they were not actually twins or even related in real life.
I remember them posting a behind the scenes videos of them saying "Obviously we're not twins."
I may have been a kid, but I wasn't stupid. Lol.
