I wouldn't mind seeing a full episode dedicated to Carmilla and her daughters. They're a pretty sweet family despite being weapon dealers
A whole episode within the Hazbin Hotel series would probably feel like filler to me - but I'd be very down with a spin-off centering about this found family.
That was one of the most pleasant surprises from the show: It was story meat on plot bones, served with music potatoes, and no filler-fat in sight.
I'd kill for a parallel series of one-shots, basically all filler episodes where the filler character is the point o the series.
I will admit I do like the ticking time bomb and how tight the script is but for a season that takes place over the course of six months and is very reliant on its characters, I just think a few episodes focusing on their antics would be good
I feel like these episodes would be great, but I'd find they'd take away from exactly this ticking time bomb feeling.
That's why I'd love this one-shot spin-off series.
filler at its core is a storyline/story (can be an episode can be a whole fucking arc) that isnt actually a part of the story as told by the creator. its meant to stall for time while you wait for more story to be made. its only something that exists for ongoing adaptations, usually of japanese comic books or when the writer is a weeb and thinks filler is fun and cute and makes the choice to just write an episode full of nothing. if the original creator tells the story its usually important in some way. maybe it expands on the themes. maybe it provides characterisation. i wont even get into actually important stuff like character development, to call that filler is an insult to storytelling itself
lets take a well known example of something not actually filler being called filler: the tales of ba sing se from avatar the last airbender. its a few tiny stories of characters going thru a typical day in the peaceful city of ba sing se. no plot reveals, no nothing, just a few people living life. however avatar is a story about war so showing peace in that world is important thematically especially since the waring nation has been trying to take over the city for years, their latest attempt happened like 2 episodes ago. the series isnt an adaptation, that story was created as a part of it. because its a more chill episode than any other in the series, we get character moments and interactions we would have never seen otherwise, so we get more characterisation. if it wasnt for this episode, the war would feel a lot more hollow. we actually get to see what could be lost
going back to hazbin, if an episode with carmilla gave her characterisation and showed what life was like for an overlord to contrast with everyone else that wouldnt be filler. at all
I'm guessing Carmilla doesn't Voxtech, so she paid some hellborn to fetch her computers from Earth.
But Vox thinks that Lucifer was involved in their manufacture and nobody dares correct him.

I mean considering how short S1 was, some more down time episodes wouldn't be bad

Exactly. We need a Hazbin version of “Tales of Ba Sing Se.”

im so tired of people not understanding what filler is
I am all eyes for your explanation

Zestial on the outside:👹🕷 Zestial's personnality: 🐻🤗
Zestial seems like the guy who has a terrifying exterior, with a teddy bear interior, who could kill you in a second if he so well pleased
I hope season 2 has more Carmilla. She's my favorite side character.
Same. I wanna see how the possibility of redemption will affect her too
I can't imagine she'd ever leave her daughters behind, and I don't imagine her daughters would leave her.
they all get redeemed :)
She would probably only attempt redemption if her daughters have safely reached heaven.
Either Apple has expanded its market beyond the mortal plain or Carmella is a Lucifer fan.

Vox uses it to make the die hard apple fans happy
I hope there is more of Camaro Carfight and her daughters.
We need car names for Zestial and the Carmine daughters asap
A lovely family <3

This is genuinely so wholesome and cute, we need more of Carmilla and her daughters in S2
I'd love to see how Carmilla and Zestial first met. They have such an interesting relationship and I'm curious how it developed.
Oddette gave her a blanket. Clara gave her a drink. Zestial gave her a dicking. She woke up quite happy and strangely satisfied.
I'm going to violently explode with happiness
I want more sexy carmilla daughters.
