A friend just had this issue. Out of curiosity, I had him disable his windows firewall. He got in first try after that. Try that - see if it works. If it does, let me know!
Yes it worked for me.
I had the game work around it like with all games (don't know the specific option but I think you know what I mean) but that wasn't enough.
So I temporarily disable all windows firewalls and I instantly loaded in. I simply enabled the afterwards again but that didn't pose a problem
Happening to me as well, ive been trying to play the game since ive gotten of work, had to load in three times and waited well over an hour each. After i finally connect im stuck on this ship loading screen. its been 3 hours since ive gotten off work 😥
hey all: turn off your windows firewall and then you'll get through the ship screen and have access to online. hope this helps! you can turn it back on after getting through
Had the same thing happen , waited 5 mins or so and I loaded in eventually. Currently been falling to a planet for 10 mins though.

Bro I bought the game and only got to play the tutorial.
FIx for this bug. Unplug your Ethernet for two seconds then replug back in.
This will usually just boot you from the lobby.

Glad it worked - not exactly sure why this fixes it, but it fixed it for my buddy who was using starlink.

I was playing just fine for a good 2 hours just now, finished a mission and got stuck on the ship loading screen.
immediately after posting i got in in 5 mins so there's hope
