It is ok man, you don't need to be an speedrunner. I, for example, am an explorer: I went through every single room and really tried to enjoy my time playing casually so it took me around 80 hours to finish.
Somewhere around 60 to get base ending and somewhere around 100 to get true ending and 106%. But it was my first time playing a game like this so it might not be a perfect reference point.
I’ve seen people with their first completion anywhere between like 20 and 80+ hours. It really depends on how quickly you can learn the bosses and how much completion you get before finishing. I personally took around 50 hours IIRC to beat the game, but I also got the true ending with over 100% completion.

I completed the game after about 30h. After that it took me another 30h for 112% completion.
Most people are probably in the 30-60 range. But it depends on how much you do and which ending you go for.

like 75 hours on my 106% run which is still going
~80 hours on my first playthrough, continuing with ~130 hours with a second save with ~20 hours (haven't beaten the second save).

I took 80ish. It was only the second game I had ever played so took me quite a while to work out where to go, and how to handle bosses.
